Re: [IP] Dient Rite Soda W/Splneda

I seem to have a problem with the Crystal Light products; however, I don't
have a problem with NutraSweet in general. For example, I can drink diet
sodas that contain NutraSweet without a problem, but when I drink Crystal
Light (especially if my blood sugar is already high), my sugars climb! I
haven't tried anything except cranberry juice made with Splenda, but I was
fine with that. Of course, I measured out exactly 8 oz. to drink since that
was 10g of carbs. whereas I just was drinking the Crystal Light like water.
Maybe that was the problem. I don't really know.
