 I ate about 2 cups of popcorn watching ER so was 226
before bed.

Just a qucik response to the above,,,, popcorn has a high glycemic index -
which means that it will be 'used' up quickly during the first part of the
night, leaving you without enough 'calories' to burn for the rest of the
night.  Try eating some protein along with popcorn, to even out the sugars
over a long term period.
