[IP] less insulin basal after awhile?

ok, i think i remember hearing this at some point, but i'm not sure... when
i started pumping i was using 25 units a day basal, and over the last week
i have been constantly low. i've lowered it down to only 20 units a day
basal. i was just wondering, because i think i head this at one point, do
your basal requirements go down once the body gets used to having insulin
on a constant "drip?" i can't think of anything else that could be
different and making me so low all the time!
