It's up to them to get the supplies to you in good condition. You paid 
your insurance premium. The pharmacy company may want to argue with you, 
but your CONTRACT is with the insurance company. Call them, get a 
supervisor or appeals person and demand satisfaction. If not, go straight 
to the insurance commissioners office. Again, you have a contract. You 
are entitled to have your medication delivered to you in good condition 
since the ins company dictates where you must purchase it. This has come 
up before and it is something you CAN win. Be and a--hole about it.
