[IP] re: reservoirs - Holly

MiniMed advises that you not re-use cartridges because each cartridge
contains a small amount of lubricant. If you re-use the cartridge it may no
longer contain that lubricant. This can interfere with insulin delivery as
the plunger may not move as freely as it should.
They also recommend that before filling the cartridge you pull the plunger
back while twisting it, then push it back in while twisting. Do this a
couple of times. This distributes the lubricant along the inside of the
cartridge. They call this 'cycling' the cartridge.
I have re-used cartridges without any obvious problems but no longer think
it's worth the risk.
