[IP] When to set change

Another YMMV thing.
I usually do a set change after breakfast.
I bolus the meal, eat and then take the old set out (15min)
So then I put a new set in and know I got the meal bolus.

Haven't noticed any change in bgs over that time.

Did one this morning was 115 at breakfast.
114 two hours after set change.
116 four hours after set change.

Try leaving the OLD set in place for the half life of the insulin you
are using. i.e.

2 hrs for H
4 hrs for V

This allows time for any recently infused insulin to be absorbed
rather than leak out when the set is removed or not be absorbed due
to tissue damage when the old set is removed.
