Pixie,
One difference is that the Disetronic is water proof. If you're a swimmer,
this is a big plus. The Disetronic also injects your basal every 3 minutes
and the bolus is injected quicker, too. When I bought my MM, I didn't know
about Disetronic. If I did, I may have chosen them instead of MM.
