That there, in a nutshell, is the art of diabetes. Yes, there are people
who try to quantify everything into minute categories, but the fact is
that it never turns out the same twice in a row!!!!

And that's the reason not to beat yourself up over your BGs -- because
you're not dealing with something quantifiable and mass-produceable --
your body is not a factory and you're not inspecting widgets!

After a while, I think most people develop an instinct about what to do
in any given situation -- but there's no such thing as perfection, and
there WILL be bonky BGs at times.
