The carb factor I have for cooked, plain spaghetti is .26
per gram of weight.  Remember, though, that the more done
your pasta is, the higher the carb amount so YMMV.

This information is from the booklet "The Pocket Pancreas"
which is the supplement to "Pumping Insulin."
