RE: [IP] vitamins and minerals

Chromium is supposed to help anybody increase fat usage (in their body).  I
used it for a while and didn't notice much difference.  Then I read that it
really won't help anyone, unless they already have a chromium deficiency.
Most of us don't.  I don't think it can hurt though.
