Buddy,  I am LOL.  Your comments about breakfast mirror my experiences
exactly.  If I skip breakfast, my bgs are good in the a.m.  If I eat breakfast
(bagel), they are high before lunch.  I skip breakfast unless I run.  I can
eat my bagel, run 5 miles and my bgs don't get too high.  So, I eat no
breakfast 3 days a week and have a bagel 4 days a week.  I'm just glad I love
jogging.  ellen
