Greg.... have your doc specify 30ml or what ever per month and the pharmacy
must fill the script as he writes it.... I have a crappy HMO but hey honor
this plan and I only pay one copay for 3 bottles of humulog...... and one
for two bottles of NPH..... the NPH is 5.00 per month and the Humulog is
15.....

Try a different approach.....it may work.... under no circumstances do not
let the pharmacy make your decisions.....
