Forrest....
Thanks.... I have given up caffeine .... that one really hurt..... I had
joint pain and headaches for three weeks..... I was very addicted !

Are you familiar with Zanax.... it is primarily used to slow down the body
and let the brain go to sleep ????? any guidance ?
