Re: [IP] c-peptide test criteria

I have had good luck getting the strips my MD rx's. I use a minimum of 10 a
day:

Upon waking up; before breakfast; after breakfast; before lunch; after lunch;
mid afternoon; before dinner; after dinner; mid-evening; and before bed. Then
every time I get behind the wheel; before working out; often after working
out. So I get coverage for 15x a day.B By listing the times that I test, and
stating that as someone who has retired from the fire-EMS biz, I've seen what
happens when people make bad choices - like not testing before driving, my MD
signed off on the dotted line.

Fortunately, you can get test strips really cheap, for about 30 cents
each, if you use an off-brand meter.
