[IP] Two Questions
Is anyone else having billing problems with MM? Apparently they are not billing
the correct vendor on my sensors. Medicare, of course, denies the sensors and
whoever they are incorrectly billing the sensors to also denies causing me to be
billed. I also am not getting credited with secondary insurance payments made to
them on infusion sets but they are confirming payment received to the secondary
just not applying it to me.
Is my transmitter aging out? I got it in December 2010. It's worked fine until
several months ago. I now only get 4 days and something out of a sensor. The
first three days are fine. Then I restart the sensor and by the end of the
fourth, the numbers are way off.
