[IP] numb fingers

My pinkie and ring finger on my right hand have been numb and "tingly" for
the last week or two.  They stay that way all the time.  My feet are fine.
Do you think this is neuropathy?  My A16 is 6.6.  I haven't used my CGMS for
a couple of months because of all the problems and error messages that have
frustrated me.
