Everyone is different - that is a general formula basing a typical diet at
50-60% from carbs.  If what you are doing is working for you, don't change
it.  Increasing carbs can increase calories and then ultimately weight if
you are not a physically active person.

just going to add weight.  I realize that I can account for the carbs with
the correct amount of insulin, but it still doesn't seem right.  I'm 6'4'
and don't get much exercise.  I'd like to lose 10-15 lbs to get closer to my
ideal weight, but eating more carbs doesn't seem like the way to go.
