  I suggest you have a lawyer at the ADA review these things and help you 
 come up with the response. I also suggest that you inform the administrator
that
you are seeking legal advice so as to optimize your's and your son's rights 
in these matters.  You may find that just the threat alone might help the 
administrator resolve this issue.
