What are the fat numbers in these Russell Stover's treats? More important
the saturated ones. Many low carb items are high in fat to make up for the
loss in sugar. With Heart desease the #1 killer of diabetics, if you are on
insulin, the fats should be of equal or greater concern.

my favorite lo-carb food that I have found is Russell Stover's Lo-Carb
chocolate sauce - it is thick and more like hot fudge sauce to me than
chocolate sauce - heated and poured over some of the Breyer's CarbSmart Ice
Cream it is like being in heaven!!!!! My Wal-Mart carries it.

The
goodies they have out now are incredible. Atkins Endulge bars are to die
for,
and the Breyers low carb ice creams are great! I love the butter pecan!
