[IP] Ohhh sick...

I wonder why they recommended you drink lots of apple juice?  Too much 
and you will have it coming out the other end, plus all the sugar and 
carbs?  If you are dehydrated, I would try Gatorade or Pedialyte to 
replace electrolytes.  Hope you get to feeling better.
 They also have the carbs, but not quite as many.
