[IP] re:eating what you want

i use approximately 50 units a day, give or take.  i still watch what i eat,
just because i want to keep my weight in check, and i don't want to fall in
a trap of eating, and end up taking 150 units a day! eating what i want
consists of an occasional candy bar or regular soda, which i only need about
2-3 units to cover anyway. so unless you really go nuts, i wouldn't think
your total amount should significantly change.
