RE: [IP] Re: Sil Set

I started on the pump 2 years ago and hand insert my sils. I need them
inserted at a shallower angle then the inserter inserts at. I know many
children also need the shallower angle. The inserter is still pretty new,
so I don't know how many people on this list have switched from inserting
manually to using the inserter. Maybe they can give you more input.

The biggest deterant for people is the size of the insertion needle. But
just keep in mind that it goes in at a 30-45 degree angle instead of the 90
degree of a syringe or the other insertion sets out there.

We are going over to try a Sil today. I really want to try the inserter
with
it, but the CDE seemed reluctant. I don't even know if she has one. I have

to "turn it over" to the experts until I can observe for myself.

Wish us luck.......
