re[2]: [IP] Re: HgbA1C Questions

I have been doing very well w/my blood sugars. If my blood sugar is 80 before eating and 2 hours later I could be at 85. I did not have this success previous to me starting a diet.

My wife asked me to start the Weight Watchers program w/her. According to weight watcher they are saying that I need to loose 24 lbs. What's nice about the die is that it's high in starch and low in fat. When you take the fat out of foods it seems that my insulin is working at 100% absorption rate. Also over the 1.5 weeks I have lost 7.5 lbs.

Thanks

> How many of you out there in IP Land can have a BG in the 70-100 range 2
hrs. after a meal and not go over 130 after eating???????????

I personally find this impossible to do or to believe any other diabetic can
do. If you can do it, then How??????? Please - HOW????

The pump is a great tool for helping me keep my BG under control. I try to
be in the 70-100 range 2 hrs. after a meal and not go above
130 after eating. If I continue with these BG range goals & continue to
exercise, will my HgbA1C values continue to drop?
