Dear Marion and Gabe,

        Welcome to your new found life with a pump,  my son Keith wears his
pump MM 508 clipped to the front of his pjs, or shorts in the summer, has
worked great, they do   have pump belts for sleeping also, that velcro
around the waist.          Good luck and happy pumping,
