Regular is a slightly longer-acting insulin than Humalog. When we used
Regular (or Velosulin by Nordisk) in pumps we had to bolus 20 min. before
eating. With Humalog (or Novolog = NovoNordisk's *instant* insulin) we bolus
when we eat - or make adjustments to be more like *real time*. (~_^)
