I use the Gluco Log and have used the GlucoPilot for my PDA.
If you're mainly wanting a desktop version, the Glucose32.exe is supposedly
pretty good..

If you're using a modern meter, they have software which will download to
your desktop and give you spreadsheets, graphs and such.

I had a problem with my software, so I went to www.myhealthchannel.com and
used their glucose downloading software. It's free, and all you need is the
cable from your meter to the 'puter.
