  Also, menstrual cycles can make you act this way.  If you are PMSing and 
adding to that the stress of let's say mid-terms, you can have an overload of 
hormones that are wreaking havoc on your body.  Try lots of liquids, 
especially water.  If you are reaching for a bottle of water more often than 
food you may help curb your appetite better and feel fuller!

Sylvia, who gets that way almost every month and I'm 46!
