Re: [IP] New sites and fun night time leg cramps!



I don't have a remedy for the leg cramps, but to get rid of it, get out of
bed and put full pressure on the leg with the cramp.  I had many of these
with child #2 and the cramp went away as soon as I put pressure on it.
