Look for Denise Austin on the Lifetime for Women channel. She is
cheerful and her exercise will get you going. I go in the spare room
where noone can watch and enjoy her show tremendously. The
stretching/yoga is especially good and you will not need any extra
equipment.
I have been doing her exercises for 3 months and have lost 30+ pounds.
(along with counting down on food intake, of course)
