You can get IVPrep from the 800 number of Fifty/50 pharmacy; the pharmacy for 
diabetics that gives half of its profits to Type 1 diabetes research.  Their 
customer service reps are really good; often diabetic or have diabetic kids.  
P.S.  If you want something even stronger, call Minimed's continuous glucose 
monitor dept and they will tell you what to get.  We had to use something 
really strong (yet not irritating) and the site for the continuous monitor 
which is significantly heavier than a pump and must be kept in place during 
basketball.  Can't take it off.
