[IP] site rotation

MM told a friend of mine to rotate in a way I never heard of before.  To 
start 2 inches from belly button and each set change move (same side) one 
more inch away from last site until you get as far over as you are 
comfortable going.  Then, same side, start over one inch below back under 
belly button, moving 1 inch over toward side with each set change.  Then, 
when that side is done, move to other side and do the same.  This is giving 
one side weeks to heal up before being used again, and makes it easier to 
keep track of site locations.  Holly
