Softset goes in at a 90 degree angle, straight in like a needle.
The silhouette/tender/comfort goes in at a 5-45 degree angle. It
is put in manually and the degree depends on what each individual
needs.  I put it in at a 15-20 degree angle.  Pictures can be found
