Re: [IP] unused insulin rule???



Charisma -

If you have the book 'Pumpin Insulin' by John Walsh, there is a section in
there about the unused insulin rule.  I don't know how this differs if you
are using Humalog, since the 2nd edition only covers Regular insulin - there
is supposed to be a third edition out soon that includes everything about
Humalog.
