Re: [IP] sils

I've done EVERYTHING by hand -- Sils, SofSets, even Lancets.

Takes some courage the first time you do it, but then after a while, it
gets easier.

With the Sils, it seems like the hardest part is getting through the
skin -- the fat layer underneath is very soft. 

I've also found that if I just touch the needle to a spot and it hurts,
I can move to another spot that doesn't -- and then the insertion is
pretty painless. The set usually lasts well and never hurts, either.
