100 Humalog to 40 Velosulin is a 2.5:1 ratio. 3:1 would be 120 Humalog to 40 Velosulin or 100 Humalog to 33 Velosulin. Just divide Humalog amount by Velosulin amount to get the H/V ratio as X to 1. 100/40 =2.5 so 2.5:1 ratio. 120/40 = 3 so 3:1 ratio 100/33=3 so 3:1 ratio Oh, no, I think I'm making this even more confusing. ---------------------------------------------------------- for HELP or to subscribe/unsubscribe, contact: HELP@insulin-pumpers.org send a DONATION http://www.Insulin-Pumpers.org/donate.shtml
