What I find works for me is to bolus 20-25gm carb for each piece, depending 
on the size of the pieces, then either do a square wave 0.8u over 4 hours or 
run a temp basal 0.2 u higher than normal for 4 hours (that allows me to eat 
something else before 4 hours if I want to, so I usually opt to go the temp 
basal route)

But as always, YMMV!
