I found it wasn't the site going bad, it was the Humalog in the syringe. 
As soon as I changed to a syringe with new Humalog in it it started working
right. I've said it before, and others have a different opinion, but that's 
been MY experience, at least.

Many pumpers seem to blame 'weak'
