Ted,

While I haven't tried the 800 number I do like talking to Pat because she
knows me and my problems and mostly I call to report how my BG are doing.
No major problems with the pump itself.  The calls are no big cost.  Now I
need to find out if my mail in prescription place carries the supplies I
need.  We have Blue Cross/Blue Shield and they use the Merck-Medco
Prescription Services in Florida.
