 Are you breading it, cooking in butter, baking? Basically the chicken and
parmesian cheese are null. Depending on how much butter, oil, bread crumbs
that's about all you need to count. There are various ways to cook this dish,
one of my favs. Some Chicken Parmesan is cooked with a tomato sauce, again that
is not really a factor unless it is really sweet. A KFC original chicken breast
is caked with breading and fried and comes out to 11Carbs. A home cooked breaded
cutlet would be at least half that amount.
