I have Medicare A @ B plus my secondary insurance. Medicare pays all but 20% 
for my insulin and my secondary picks up the 20%.
When I used Medco to buy my insulin they did not accept Medicare and since 
they now are partnering with Liberty; Medco said they still don't work with 
Medicare for insulin. to work it so I won't have to pay anything for the 
insulin; I buy it at our Publix Pharmacy. I would imagine some of the other 
pharmacies would work the same.
