RE: [IP] Scale for Weighing Food?

I am interested in getting a scale to weigh food portions.  Somewhere I saw
mention of a scale that apparently does carbohydrate calculations - I think
the name was something like "Stohe" or "Stohler".

Does anyone have any information, or a suggestion about an accurate scale to
buy?  I'd rather not just go pick one off the shelf at WalMart.
