The Sil-Serter is an ergonomic nightmare.  If someone has a video of how to
do it (without being a contestant on America's Funniest Videos), I'd love to
see it.

(Sorry about the delay since your post . . . Christmas
travels have kept--and will keep--me away)  I'll post my
findings after I give it a try.  I'm planning on a
one-handed insertion, but I've heard that the button on
the Sil-Serter is somewhat difficult to push.  We'll see.
