RE: [IP] South Beach, day one.

It is 10:1, but with the residual protein and the meal I had, I used that to
compute the value. Plus my compensation for the 164-120 = 44, which is
equivalent to 50 units, and my compensation of 25:1 (mg/dl:units) accounted
for 2 units. There was a little WAG in there, as well.

My current blood sugar is 126, two hours after eating and bolusing.

So far, so good on the SB Diet. I feel full after eating, and I really
haven't watched how much I've eaten. Ate until I feel full, and snack on
mozzarella cheese sticks (two tonight) when snacks are needed.

Until tomorrow,

Jeff

You must have a really low c/i ratio. I don't think I could drink
enough tomato juice to need 5 U--that would be about 75 gm carb = 7
1/2 cups of tomato juice.
