RE: [IP] CoQ10

OTC. Best price I have seen is at Sam's club. It was recommended to me
by my dentist about a year ago, they have seen good results in patients
with gum problems. Has reduced my "deep pockets" around the molars from
a 6-7mm to a 3-4mm and no more bleeding during flossing.
Another side effect is that it gives you more energy. I used to take
naps at around 5PM almost every day. Now I take one CoQ10 in the morning
with breakfast and take no more naps. Don't know if that is good or not
One thing to be careful of is its price. At Harmony Farms they wanted
$100 for bottle of 80mg, $13 for $50mg at Sam's.

Hopefully someone can actually explain what the stuff really is. I'm not
a Dr. or physicist.

What is CoQ10? Is it prescription or OTC? Thanks!

50mg per day does it for me.

what amount of the CoQ10 per day? I already use a sonicare toothbrush
it has helped a lot! But it would be easy enough to add in the CoQ10!
