I understand your frustration. In Brantford Ontario Canada close to where I
live a man you the very same style of defense and got off. From what I read
Of the Janklow case his doc had also given him Beta Blockers, should the Doc
not also be responsible to a degree. Did he inform his patient that the
medication he gave him for his heart could mask a low blood reading.  In the
end though he has to take responsibility for himself. As a diabetic you
should check your sugar each time you get behind the wheel.  But it`s
unfortunate that he is also the former Governor of the state. I can see this
playing into a not guilty or a suspended sentence fiasco.   mike in Canada
