This is diffently a YMMV thing.  If I just have a beer or two, I don't make
any insulin adjustments.  Alcohol by itself increases insulin effectiveness
for me.  It is pretty much counter acts the effects of the carbs.

I was wondering what you all do when you have a drink or 2.  Say a glass of
wine or a beer?  I know they act as fats, so do you just set a temp basal
rate or give a bolus after your drink?  If anyone has any suggestions or
references, please let me know.
