[IP] for those who have high blood sugars during pms

I think giving in to the cravings is part of the 
problem, but that the hormonal shifts also cause some 
insulin resistance.  That's been my experience, 
anyway.  My insulin requirements usually increase by 
about 10% during the 3-5 days before my period.  Of 
course, some months are worse than others...especially 
now that I'm pre-menopausal.
