[IP] Midnight snacks

Today, I woke up hungry at 1 AM, so I got up and fixed myself a snack.

And thought back to the time I was first diagnosed and TRYING to control
on diet, exercise and orals, and wasn't "allowed" any food beyond my
meal plan, and I would wake up in the middle of the night SO hungry and
not be able to eat or go back to sleep, so I'd lay there and toss and
turn and be thoroughly miserable for hours!

How grateful I am to have insulin available to me, and to be able to NOT
be starving-to-death hungry any more!!!!
