Call MM service -- if the problem is faulty sets, they will replace them.  
Why do you think the plunger is sticking?  Were you getting periodic no 
delivery alarms during the 20 unit prime and resetting each time?  Because if 
no drop appeared at the tip of the needle after that many units given at 
once, maybe the insulin was leaking out
somewhere else in the system.  Or were you just filling the tubing?
