RE: [IP] Log Sheets

I use the logbook that Michael has posted on the IP site for Lily. After
trying everything I could find this has worked the best. It fits in my
profile case nicely. It has lines to list food and exercise and room for up
to 14 tests. Although there are many different ones out there depending on
your needs. A lot of the time I was testing was not in the before meal or
2-3 hours after. So most logbooks were a pain in the neck to use.

On one note, my doctor likes to see all my blood sugars in columns of the
before mentioned before meal and 2-3 hours after. So before appts. I do go
back and fill them in off of the "Lily" logbook. But I bring both in and
explain away the numbers on the columned sheet with all the information I
have in the logbook.

Good luck in finding what works best for you. And if you don't find it,
make your own. All you really need is a word processing program and an idea
of what information you want to have in your logbook.

Does anyone have an effective way of logging all the information? BG, CHO,
Bolus, Activity, Food, etc.

Let me know. Or if anyone knows of any websites with this info on it..
thanks
